See company job offers
"I think the Rail Baltica project is a great opportunity for young engineers to develop. As there are few specialists in the field of railway infrastructure in Estonia, the project offers the opportunity to specialise in some of the railway disciplines on top of the basic engineering qualification. This is a big and interesting project in our own backyard!"
Ivo Laht
compliance manager
"Rail Baltic Estonia cares about the environment, the mental and physical health of its employees, as well as maintaining the opportunity to study the railway industry in Estonia's higher education landscape. Not only does the RBE give you the chance to be part of the great project of the century, it also gives you the chance to be part of a wonderful team!"
Kelly Koort
communications specialist
"I feel that my employer provides great care to its employees and is supportive both professionally and personally (especially during Covid), and this makes me feel extremely valued as an employee. Personal growth is encouraged to develop skills, and this can open doors in terms of career advancement within the company."
Stephen James Millar
head of the control unit
