To do this, send a notification to notifications@rbe.ee and describe as precisely as possible:
- What happened?
- Where did it happen?
- When did it happen?
- Who are the people involved in the incident or who is affected by it?
- How did you find out about the incident?
If you have evidence of what happened, please include it in the report.
Notifications are managed by the risk manager of OÜ Rail Baltic Estonia.
If requested, OÜ Rail Baltic Estonia will ensure that the notification and/or the identity of the notifier is kept confidential, except in cases prescribed by law (e.g. investigation by a law enforcement agency).
